The custom processing preset is a series of plugins that manipulate the audio to produce the best sound possible. Several different audio plugin configurations can accomplish this. If you are an Apple Logic Pro user, the onboard plugins included with the software can handle the task. The Logic Pro custom processing preset configuration usually consists of the following stock plugins:
- Channel EQ
- Opto Compressor
- De-Esser
- Saturation
- Platinum Compressor
- Noise Gate
Other stock Logic plugins may be used in the custom preset, depending on the situation. There is no need to purchase any additional plugins.
