RAW AUDIO DIAGNOSTIC SUBMISSION — TERMS, PRIVACY & CONTENT RELEASE

MODERN SYNERGY LLC

By submitting the Raw Audio Diagnostic Submission form and any associated audio files, including files uploaded directly through the form or through a linked upload method, you agree to the following terms.

These terms apply only to the Raw Audio Diagnostic Submission process. They do not obligate you to purchase anything and do not apply to paid products or services unless separately agreed to in writing.

Submission and Eligibility

Submitting this form and audio does not obligate Modern Synergy LLC to provide a demo, audio processing, feedback, consultation, recommendation, or services of any kind.

Each submission is reviewed individually. Modern Synergy LLC may accept or decline any submission at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.

Any example audio, feedback, diagnostic observation, transcript, summary, or guidance provided is illustrative and informational. It does not constitute a paid professional service, consulting engagement, or guaranteed deliverable, and no particular result is promised.

No payment or compensation is offered or implied in exchange for your submission.

Information You Provide

As part of the submission process, you may provide:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • An optional phone number

  • Information about your recording environment, equipment, software, goals, interests, and current challenges

  • Written responses submitted through the form

  • Audio recordings uploaded through the form or a linked upload method

  • Spoken responses contained in your recordings

  • Optional additional audio excerpts, photographs, files, or contextual information

This information may be used to:

  • Receive, identify, organize, store, and review your submission

  • Associate your submission with your contact and project records

  • Transcribe spoken content contained in your recording

  • Summarize and organize the information you provide

  • Diagnose your recording environment, capture process, equipment, and raw audio

  • Create illustrative audio examples, when appropriate

  • Identify possible recommendations, services, products, or next steps

  • Prepare for possible consultations, support sessions, or client communications

  • Contact you regarding your submission

  • Improve Modern Synergy LLC’s internal submission, diagnostic, production, and client-service workflows

  • Use submitted material for the educational, promotional, marketing, and demonstrative purposes described below

Your recording may not contain all of the information requested in the submission instructions. Modern Synergy LLC will evaluate the material actually provided and is not responsible for information that is missing, unclear, inaudible, inaccurate, or unrelated to the requested prompts.

Transcription and AI-Assisted Internal Analysis

By submitting your audio and affirmatively agreeing to these terms, you authorize Modern Synergy LLC and its service providers to use automated transcription, speech-recognition tools, and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to process and internally analyze your submitted material.

This processing may include:

  • Converting spoken content into written text

  • Identifying and organizing answers to submission prompts

  • Summarizing your stated goals, challenges, equipment, recording environment, interests, and current workflow

  • Extracting technical or contextual details from your submission

  • Identifying questions that may require follow-up

  • Identifying possible audio-processing, voice-capture, educational, coaching, product, or service considerations

  • Preparing internal notes, task records, client records, and possible communications for human review

  • Connecting your submission with earlier or later submissions associated with the same contact or client relationship

Automated transcripts, summaries, and AI-assisted observations may contain mistakes, omissions, or incorrect interpretations. They are internal working materials and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate.

Modern Synergy LLC does not rely solely on automated transcription or AI-assisted analysis to make a final audio diagnosis, determine eligibility for a paid service, establish pricing, approve a recommendation, or make a binding decision about you. Material recommendations and client-facing communications remain subject to human review.

The use of speech-recognition technology to transcribe the content of your recording does not authorize biometric identification, voiceprint creation, voice authentication, emotion recognition, or analysis intended to establish your identity through unique biological characteristics.

AI, Voice Modeling, and Data-Use Restrictions

Modern Synergy LLC will not sell, license, or provide your submitted audio or personal information to a third party for:

  • Training general-purpose artificial-intelligence models

  • Creating commercial machine-learning datasets

  • Voice modeling

  • Synthetic voice generation

  • Voice replication

  • Biometric identification or authentication

  • Creation of a voiceprint

Your submitted audio will not be used to create an AI voice, voice replica, synthetic-speech product, or voice model.

These restrictions do not prevent Modern Synergy LLC or its service providers from using ordinary software, transcription services, speech-recognition tools, audio-processing tools, or AI-assisted systems necessary to store, transfer, organize, transcribe, summarize, review, edit, analyze, or demonstrate your submitted material for the purposes authorized in these terms.

Modern Synergy LLC will not intentionally authorize a service provider to use your submitted audio to train a general-purpose model or create a voice model without obtaining separate permission from you.

Authorization to Use Submitted Material

By submitting audio, written responses, or other materials, you grant Modern Synergy LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, excerpt, process, demonstrate, display, distribute, and publish the submitted material for educational, promotional, marketing, and demonstrative purposes in any media now known or later developed.

This may include:

  • YouTube videos

  • Website content

  • Educational resources

  • Audio-processing demonstrations

  • Before-and-after examples

  • Social media content

  • Advertising and promotional materials

You retain ownership of your original recordings and content. This license grants Modern Synergy LLC permission to use the submitted material for the purposes described in these terms.

Modern Synergy LLC will not publicly associate your name, email address, phone number, transcript, or other direct personal identifiers with the submitted material unless you provide separate written permission.

Submitted audio may still be recognizable because of the voice, spoken content, background information, or other characteristics contained in the recording. For that reason, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

No Compensation or Approval Rights

By submitting the form and associated material, you understand and agree that:

  • You will not receive compensation for authorized use of the submitted material.

  • You do not have the right to review, edit, or approve educational, demonstrative, promotional, or marketing content created from the submitted material.

  • Modern Synergy LLC is not obligated to notify you before or after an authorized use of the submitted material.

These terms apply only to material voluntarily submitted through the Raw Audio Diagnostic Submission process.

Paid Products and Presets

If you later purchase a Custom Processing Preset or another paid product or service from Modern Synergy LLC:

  • You retain ownership of your audio recordings and finished content.

  • Modern Synergy LLC retains ownership of its preset configurations, processing chains, methods, and settings.

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use a purchased preset on your own recordings.

  • Presets may not be resold, shared, distributed, sublicensed, or transferred to another person or organization.

Additional terms may apply to a paid product or service and will be provided separately when appropriate.

Privacy, Storage, and Service Providers

Modern Synergy LLC will not sell your personal information.

Your information and submitted material may be stored, transferred, transcribed, summarized, or otherwise processed using third-party service providers that support the submission and business workflow. These may include:

  • Form and website platforms

  • File-storage and file-transfer services

  • Email and communication services

  • Customer-relationship and task-management systems

  • Audio-processing and production software

  • Transcription and speech-recognition services

  • AI-assisted analysis and business-operations tools

These providers may process submitted information only as necessary to provide their services and support the purposes described in these terms, subject to their applicable agreements, privacy terms, and security practices.

Submission materials and related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Review and respond to the submission

  • Maintain the contact or client relationship

  • Provide later support or file recovery

  • Preserve business, consent, and operational records

  • Fulfill the authorized educational, promotional, marketing, and demonstrative uses

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Resolve disputes and protect legal rights

Material selected for a use authorized by the perpetual content license may be retained for that authorized use.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or legal interests of Modern Synergy LLC.

Modern Synergy LLC will use reasonable measures to handle submitted information and material in accordance with these terms.

Electronic Agreement

You must affirmatively check the agreement box on the submission form before submitting your information and audio.

Checking the box and submitting the form confirms that you:

  • Have had the opportunity to read these terms

  • Understand that submitted audio may be automatically transcribed

  • Understand that transcripts and submitted information may be summarized or internally analyzed using AI-assisted tools

  • Understand the permitted purposes and restrictions described above

  • Agree to be bound by these terms

  • Are authorized to submit the audio, written information, and other material you provide

The submission record may include the date and time of agreement, the version of the terms accepted, and other information reasonably necessary to document your consent.

The revised transcription and AI-assisted-analysis provisions apply to submissions made after these terms become effective. Modern Synergy LLC will not rely on these revised provisions to automatically transcribe an earlier submission unless the submitter agreed to a version of the terms authorizing that processing or separately provides permission.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit the form or upload audio.
