RAW AUDIO DIAGNOSTIC SUBMISSION — TERMS, PRIVACY & CONTENT RELEASE

By submitting this form and any associated audio files (including files uploaded directly through this form or via any linked upload method), you agree to the following terms. These terms apply only to the Raw Audio Diagnostic Submission process and do not apply to any paid products or services unless separately agreed to in writing.
1. Submission & Eligibility
Submitting this form and audio does not obligate Modern Synergy LLC to provide a demo, processing, consultation, or services of any kind.
All submissions are reviewed individually and may be declined at the sole discretion of Modern Synergy LLC, with or without explanation.
Any example audio, feedback, or guidance provided is illustrative and diagnostic in nature only and does not constitute professional services, consulting, or deliverables, and carries no guarantee of results.
No payment or compensation of any kind is offered or implied in exchange for your submission.
2. Information You Provide
You may provide the following as part of this submission:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Optional phone number
- Written responses in the submission form
- Audio recordings uploaded through the form or linked upload method
- Optional additional audio excerpts or context samples
This information is used solely for:
- Reviewing and diagnosing your submission
- Creating illustrative audio examples, if applicable
- Communicating with you about your submission and relevant next steps
3. Authorization to Use Submitted Material
By submitting audio or written information, you grant Modern Synergy LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the material you submit for educational, promotional, marketing, and demonstrative purposes, in any media now known or later developed.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- YouTube videos
- Website content
- Educational resources
- Demonstration examples
- Social media or advertising materials
You retain full ownership of your original recordings and content. This license simply grants permission for Modern Synergy LLC to reference and use submitted material for the purposes described above.
Where practical, identifying information may be removed or anonymized, but anonymity is not guaranteed unless explicitly requested.
4. AI, Voice Modeling & Data Use Restrictions
Modern Synergy LLC will not sell, license, or provide your audio or personal information to any third party for:
- AI training
- Machine learning datasets
- Voice modeling
- Synthetic voice generation
- Biometric analysis
Your submitted audio will not be used to create voice replicas, AI voices, or synthetic speech products.
5. No Compensation / No Approval Rights
By submitting this form, you waive any right to:
- Compensation for the use of submitted material
- Review, edit, or approve any educational or promotional content created using your submission
This waiver applies only to materials voluntarily submitted through the Raw Audio Diagnostic Submission process.
6. Paid Products & Presets (If Purchased Later)
If you later purchase a Custom Processing Preset or other paid product from Modern Synergy LLC:
- You retain ownership of your audio recordings and finished content
- Modern Synergy LLC retains ownership of the preset configuration, processing chain, and settings
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the preset on your own recordings
- Presets may not be resold, shared, distributed, or sublicensed
This section applies only to paid products and does not affect the diagnostic submission process or any free examples provided.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Submitted materials are stored securely and used only in accordance with these terms.
