By submitting this form and any associated audio files—including anything uploaded through the Dropbox link you receive after submitting the form—you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to the free demo submission process only and do not apply to any custom processing preset package you may purchase later.

1. Submission & Eligibility

Submitting this form and your audio does not obligate Modern Synergy LLC  to produce a demo, process your audio, or provide services of any kind. All submissions are reviewed individually and may be declined at our discretion and without explanation.

No payment of any kind will be offered in exchange for your submission.

2. Information You Provide

You may provide the following:

•  Your name
•  Your email address
•  Written information in the form
•  Audio recordings (via the form or the Dropbox upload link)
•  Optional photo or video submissions

This information is used solely for evaluating your audio submission, creating your free demo if accepted, and communicating with you about the process.

3. Authorization to Use Submitted Audio for Marketing

By submitting your audio (including anything submitted via the Dropbox upload link), you grant Modern Synergy LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use:

•  Your voice recordings
•  Your image, if provided
•  Any statements you make in the submission audio
•  Written information in the form

…for promotional, marketing, educational, and advertising purposes, in any media now known or later developed.
This includes (but is not limited to):

•  YouTube videos
•  Website content
•  Social media posts
•  Demonstration examples
•  Advertising materials
•  Online or broadcast media

You retain full ownership of your recordings.This license simply grants permission for us to use the material you submit for the free demo process.

4. AI-Training Restrictions

Modern Synergy LLC will not sell, license, or provide your audio or personal information to any third party for AI-training, machine learning datasets, or biometric analysis. Your submitted audio will not be used to build voice models or synthetic voice products.

5. No Compensation / No Approval Rights

You waive the right to:

•  Receive compensation for the submitted audio or any promotional use
•  Review, edit, or approve the final promotional materials

This applies only to material submitted during the free demo process.

6. Ownership of the Lenny B Custom Processing Preset

If you later purchase a Lenny B Custom Processing Preset, the following applies:

•  You own your own audio recordings and the content you create with the preset.
•  Modern Synergy LLC retains ownership of the preset itself (the processing chain, settings, and configuration).
•  You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the preset on your own recordings.
•  You may not resell, share, distribute, or sublicense the preset.

This clause applies only to purchased presets, not to the free demo submission.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
