Step 2 — Schedule A Time

Once your payment is received, you'll receive an email with instructions on scheduling the session time that works for you. You'll also be sent some details on what to prepare before your appointment.

Step 3 — Upload Files

If you haven't already, you'll be prompted to send a sample audio file for us to examine and discuss during the session. You may also be asked to submit a few simple photos of your recording space to review.

Session Details —

The Voice Capture Improvement Session is a live, one-on-one video call where I help you improve how your voice is being recorded at the most basic level. By the end of the 60-minute session, you'll know exactly how to improve the quality of your raw audio so that everything after (like processing) sounds better, polished, and more professional.

During our time, we will examine the key parts of your setup, including your room, microphone, positioning, equipment, connections, and levels. We listen together, identify what’s causing your audio to sound off, and work through practical steps to adjust and resolve the issues.

Your solution may be a quick adjustment or something more substantial. Either way, you will know exactly what needs to be done to improve your sound. This is clarity.
